I upgraded my laptop's memory yesterday, and have the former memory
modules available for sale:
Samsung RAM, 4 years old, original memory with my Dell Inspiron 8200,
2x256MB modules,
PC2100 DDR SDRAM, 200-pin SODIMM sockets,
memory access time clock speed 266MHz.

Philly, 19152. Must come by for pickup (bring your laptop to test out
