^^^ It looks like you're only searching in the security updates file.
The corresponding line here is,

	D: Search in \/var\/cache\/apt\/mirrors\.kernel\.org_debian_dists_stable_Contents\-i386\.gz

I suggest you check /etc/apt/sources.list see why apt-file is only
grabbing the security updates.
