You might take a look at this: http://www.aaisp.co.uk/aa/firebrick/ http://www.firebrick.co.uk/ I haven't used it, but aaisp.net was my ISP when I lived in London and they were very clueful, so I would guess their firewall appliance is pretty good, and it fits within your budget. It's small, so shipping wouldn't be a major cost, and you'd pay the ex-VAT price.
