runnin Cygwin on the W box, I got
   $ xdmcp
   bash: xdmcp: command not found

   $ xnest
   _XSERVTransmkdir: Onwer of /tmp.X11-unix shouled be set to root

I tried chown root.root .X--=unix
and was told "root.root invalid user
also same for "root"

Any thoughts?  Thanks.
