[PLUG] foomatic printing help needed

Inkjet -> Epson Stylus Color 740
Print system -> CUPS
Driver -> Epson Stylus Color 740 foomatic/stcolor
Trying to print -> photo jpegs from KDE apps (KoverArtist) via kprinter.
Paper -> plain inkjet/copier quality

I have tried both the 'best' and 'fastest' Floyd Steinberg CMYK dithering to 
no avail.  Too dark and saturated.

There are other CMYK settings and some RGB settings (its a CMYK printer).

Any suggestions?
