Could be. I thought with all the "allows" it would work.
Unless I'm forgetting one.

I added in the /etc/security/access.conf  (+:ALL:ipADDRESS)

I'd rather not setup ssh at this time

I may wind up making a hugh tarball and ftping that then untar
