[PLUG] Internet dies. Lease expiring?

I remember having this happen to me before and i dont remember how i resolved it. If i fire up my computer it works happily online for about 20 min/ half an hour? and then looses its internet. I think a lease may be expiring. I think i had to add something to UDEV RULES? if i /etc/init.d/net.eth1 restart it is back again for another 30 minutes. Anyone have any insight here?
