[PLUG] Specifying an audio track with mplayer on the command line

I have a/v file, it has two audio tracks, I can scroll through them using the '#' binding and -identify tells me:

ID_AUDIO_TRACK=129

is the one I do not want and

ID_AUDIO_TRACK=128

is the one I want.

How do I specify this in an mplayer command line option? I was unable to figure it out from the fine manual page.
