I used spamassassin, bogo, all sorts of stuff under Win, and whatever 
else I could find.  SA seemed to do the best job for me, but still not 
as well as I liked (I trained like mad).

One of my providers (USLEC) went to filtering through Postini and spam 
has dropped to almost nothing (with the exception of Ebay and Amazon 
phishers).  I am not aware of it being available for us lonely geeks though.
