[PLUG] SUSE enterprise 9 changelog

Hi.
Can someone point me in the direction of a publically accessible SUSE
9 changelog resource. I have a vendor's SUSE based product on my
network that I need to check up on.
In particular I'm curious as to how SUSE's timezone packages
correspond to upstream tzdata releases.
