Makes you wonder, why not change everything to GMT? :-)
Sure you save money and the planet by conserving energy, however every time a major country decides to change its DST rules, the amount of man power needed will cross out the savings. 

Personally, I spend over 200 extra hours last month, and my team over 1k man hours patching servers. Yes, I am complaining ;-)
