Google has not been much of a friend on this one. I use flashblock. It's not a popular extension (and I have NO idea why!) The video does not run... you just get the circular "f" symbol and when you mouse over it the symbol becomes a "run" button. You can also whitelist sites that are allowed to execute flash automatically. Flashblock is always the first extension I download when installing Firefox.
