If it works for you and it doesn't have any problems, why does it matter 
if it's being actively developed or not?  Maybe there is no need to 
develop it further.  Being OSS anyone could work on it at any time if 
there is interest and it /needs/ work.

(I want a tracking and alerting software for rebates.)
