I'm not sure how close this is, but there's a whole category of Getting 
Things Done (GTD) software that Lifehacker(.com) is always on about.  If 
not, you can search for task lists or scheduler lists.  I found some 
interesting ones for the PalmOS, which I'm guessing won't help you a bit.

Another alternative is to run one OS or the other in a virtual machine.
Any semi-recent pc shouldn't have a problem with it.
