I was wondering if anyone know of a program that caches RSS feeds. The problem I'm having is the fact that a machine such as a laptop isn't always connected and may not get all the entries in a feed. I was thinking of a daemon that runs on a permanently-connected server and constantly pulls updates from several RSS feeds. The server doesn't smush them all together or transform them into emails or somesuch. A client, which might not be permanently connected, pulls the feeds from the server using a normal RSS reader (such as akregator). Is there a way to do this? I haven't found one so far...f Attachment:
