install ALSA/OSS depending on your soundcard. :)

OK, I've just installed Freespire on my PC. So far, so good, except that I don't get any sound when I play videos in KPlayer. I get sound everywhere else- the system sounds, in RealPlayer, When I try to play an audio file in KPlayer, the log says-
Could not open/initialize audio device -> no sound.
Audio: no sound
Video: no video
Exiting... (End of file)
Thoughts?
