I remember the 3Coms being very reliable, but am hazy on model... 3c574,
I believe.  They're older and should be around in quantity, new or used.
 IIRC they come with a dongle, which is a PITA.  But probably easy to find.

Circuit City has a NexxTech NCARDBUS for 19.99
