I just registered the name androidwatcher.com about an hour ago and put up a phpbb site. Basically it's going to be for discussing the new android platform and sdk (the one based on linux) from the open handset alliance. I'm currently working on a little project to run on the platform and I figured it'd be a nice idea to setup a good forum to discuss. If you have any suggestions on the site I'd be happy to hear them.
