Have you checked out Mason?  I recently tried out Mason for a small
project for a friend and fell in love with it.  Finally got around to
redoing my personal website after that and went with Mason there too.
There is a Mason book that walks through the implementation of a simple
website using Mason available free online at <http://www.masonbook.com/>.
