[PLUG] SSD

The seagate 5400rpm in my X61 thinkpad just crapped out (it had the laptopmode/ excessive spindown problem). Im gonna rma it to seagate, but I was thinking about replacing it with an SSD. Can anyone recommend a particular brand/model of SSD that works with that line of thinkpads? I only ask cause one of the reviews for an SSD on newegg mentioned that it didnt work with a thinkpad T61.
