I don't know if it's possible to do it directly but I learned (from here: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Junk_Mail_Controls#Other_information) that the junk filter data is contained in a file called training.dat. If there were to be a server-side app which could parse and import this file, then it would be possible. On the other hand, if you wanted to write a converter, then that would prob do the trick as well.
