What are you using for wireless equipment; brand, model, ...etc? EOP I believe is still on the pricey side when compared with what you could get for the same money spent on 802.11 products. If you go to the Metageek site (http://www.metageek.net/recordings), you can browse through some recordings, and see what might(opps trying harder :-) ) be interfering. It might be worth looking into a dual band N router or at least an A band router to get you off the 2.4 GHz spectrum and on to the 5 GHz or higher spectrum.
