I have no personal experience with them but you're looking for a "Hard
Drive Degausser".

If is just for one project, you might want to investigate document
shredding companies like Iron Mountain (I am not affiliated in anyway,
nor do I endorse them). Its seems like they would (or should) offer
those services.

Or just take all your media to the Orchid Station.
