[PLUG] Launchpad

At last night's PLUG West meeting we talked a bit about Launchpad[1], and its open sourcing. We weren't exactly sure when it was going to be open sourced, but we knew it'd be soon and apparently it was sooner than we thought. It was opened last night[2][3]!
