Port 25 should be reserved for MTA to MTA connections, that's the  
whole reason why the RFC for using port 587 as a submission port was  
developed.

If you are running a mail server on a Verizon residential connection,  
I don't want to get mail from you anyway. You _clearly_ are too cheap  
to get a static IP address and build a reputation as a legitimate  
mailer.
