[PLUG] SCO Group is back in the news

According to cnet news the SCO Group won a 6 year old trial against the
Linux community and they have been given the opportunity for a new trial
for the Unix copyright.
One line from the article reads:
The appeals court did uphold a ruling that SCO owed Novell royalty
payments, though, according to a 55-page filing.
The older members of this fine group had a fine discussion about this
many years ago.
