I like http://perldoc.perl.org/perlre.html.  I have that one printed out 
in my "clues" binder.

I also really like http://weitz.de/regex-coach/ which is written in 
Lisp, and runs on Windows and in Wine with a big of tweaking: 
http://lists.netisland.net/archives/plug/plug-2009-04/msg00127.html.  I 
can demo it at PLUG W/N if anyone wants to see it.  The stepper is great!
