Re: [PLUG] [marsee@oreilly.com: UG News: *Free to Choose* Ebook Deal of the Day. Any O'Reilly ebook. Only $9.99.]

I had a similar experience: I did manage to order a book, get charged for it, and get a confirmatory email -- but when I went to the "electronic media" page to download it I got an interminable "loading" message and then "Data error".

I think their website has been terminally stressed.

I sent an email to customer support & also left a message on their customer support hotline yesterday (I think they closed a bit early, even going by PST).

Haven't heard back so far today. My order is stuck at "ready for download".

I think the O'Reilly people have a long weekend ahead of them....
