Kits & Kitmakers: Andrew Argyle's Sputnik I Nixie Clock

If anyone is not familiar with "Make" magazine and web site, I encourage
you to check it out. It's just like open source software, except with
hardware and tools and stuff. Oh, and open source software to run
stuff, usually. :-)

"Microsoft Tax" = the additional hardware & yearly fees for the add-on
software required to protect Windows from its own poorly designed and
implemented self, while the overhead incidentally flattens Moore's Law.
