[PLUG] OT: audio equipment work around

My early 80s vintage CD player finally died. I switched in a Zenith DVD/CD/mp3 player as a replacement. My question concerns mp3 disc playback. 

While this works well, navigation is a problem as there is no video available. 

Can anyone recommend a really small video display I can use for navigating mp3 CDs? 

I have a new receiver and subwoofer, but I want to listen to my newer mp3s along with my vinyl.
