[PLUG] SNI support on CentOS/RHEL 5.x+ boxes? |
Howdy all, We're looking to run multiple name-based vhosts off of a single IP but I can't seem to find any citation on the web as to whether the version of httpd that ships with CentOS/RHEL 5.x (2.2.3-x) supports SNI (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Server_Name_Indication). The upstream httpd seems to gain support for SNI in the 2.2.8-.9 timeframe, but with all of RedHat's backporting, I'm hoping that SNI slipped in so that I can go ahead and do said vhosting on a single box. Anyone have any experience/thoughts on the matter? -- -Doug ___________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
