[PLUG] USENIX FOCI '11 Program now available

You're invited to join us in San Francisco, CA, on August 8, 2011, for
the first USENIX Workshop on Free and Open Communications on the
Internet (FOCI '11). FOCI '11 seeks to bring together researchers and
practitioners from both technology and policy who are working on
policies or technologies to detect or circumvent practices that inhibit
free and open communications on the Internet.

The program opens with a Keynote Address by Josh King, Open Technology
Initiative of the New America Foundation, and continues with paper
presentations on topics including:
* Measuring censorship
* Policy and power
* Circumvention

The full program is available for review here:
