[PLUG] PHP consulting work available

at the UPenn medical school, we have a customized version of this:

It was customized years ago, and I have no idea what was done. We need it
updated to the current release, preserving custom changes, so it can work
with a modern version of PHP, and allow us to turn off REGISTER_GLOBALS.

This will probably entail a bit of detective work. I don't have a great
idea of the scope of the project right now, but you will get compensated
for your efforts.

Is anyone with programming experience in PHP interested in doing this for
us? Please send me your resume if so.
