Re: [PLUG] run x11vnc at startup |
Ron, I am not a LINUX guru but struggled getting VNC to start up at boot time on my Ubuntu 10.04 LTS server. Here is my startup line in /etc/rc.local su - username -c "cd /home/usernames && vncserver -geometry 1024x768 -depth 24 :1" & Then in my home directory I setup the vnc session. I set the password for the session so you are prompted for the password when the vnc viewer connects. Not sure if this will point you in the right direction. John J. Boris, Sr. "Remember!
