[PLUG] LOPSA PICC and PLUG

Tom Limoncelli, one of the organizers of the PICC conference (a
sys-admin-focused event, with this year's scheduled for May 11-12), has
reached out to PLUG with an offer of discounted registration rates (10%)
for PLUG members.  To get the discount, they've requested that we

  (1) put their button on our website,
  (2) mention the conference at all meetings from now until the
      conference, and
  (3) let them post announcements to our mailing list

There are clearly no problems with (2) and (3).  How do people feel about
(1)?
