[PLUG] Can FOSS help school districts in trouble?

Remember that any demo must also include Governance and Pushing Down
Policies, since protecting children and School Assets from "bad
people" is probably required on any hardware or software rolled out .  

Policy Management is prime requirement in the Microsoft world, and must
be duplicated in the FOSS world, too.
