[PLUG] Do we have a speaker for North or West this month?

We've got North coming up tonight (the 14th), and West on the 20th.  I seem
to remember that someone mentioned that they were considering a topic for
one of these...please let me know, and I'll get an announcement sent out.

Otherwise, it looks like it'll probably be a discussion meeting at North,
unless someone wants to jump in with a last-minute preso.
