Not a bad move - certainly the first thing I'd do at work.  Granted,
we're a pretty big fish and anybody we'd set up a tunnel with is going
to need us more than we need them, but if we were approached about the
situation happening in reverse I'm pretty sure they'd come down REALLY
hard on whoever was involved unless it were an accident.

Truly hardening applications that were never designed to face the
Internet is a very difficult task.  Security really has to be designed
in.  Most applications designed to "get work done" have other
priorities.
