[PLUG] Low Cost Netbook

Self employment finds me on the road more frequently these days and I want to find a small, low replacement cost linux machine that I can use for development and system administration. 

My modest requirements are:

Debian or Ubuntu OS

Enough resources to run VMWare

Modern Web Browser

Text Editor

Terminal

Light Weight and Small

Low Replacement Cost
