No,  FIOS doesn't yet  but I run a IPv6 tunnel to HE.com ( which  pfSense beta supports )

HE supports both static and dynamic IPv4 IP's   HE gives out /64 routable networks if you
ask,  but maybe only for static IPv4.    This is free, and just an interim solution until you get real
IPv6 from your ISP.

Note that port forwards are not used on IPv6, as each host has a global routable IP, so
your firewall setup is quite a bit different.

I am also slowing taking their IPv6 certification tests:

Do they provide IPv6 on demand ? For everybody or just business accounts with static IPs ?
