sorry for the new thread; i don't receive my own emails on the list so
i can't reply to it.

the slides are actually at
http://files.project-phree.org/misc/fosscon.project.phree.odp

i've set a CNAME and made the appropriate vhost though, so all should
be good once the change propagates.

here are supplemental notes from the discussion:

hsmm-mesh.org:
mesh networking via ham
somewhere on the site (ed wasn't sure where exactly) is a "digital
altitude" tool that lets you map out ideal signal direction.

w3eoc.org:
chester county's emergency communications, centered around disaster
communications and the like. from what i gather it looks like a ham
operator emergency response team. very cool!

MIT roofnet:
http://web.archive.org/web/20130516013301/http://pdos.csail.mit.edu/roofnet/doku.php
(live site gives 403)
was purchased by Cisco last i heard, and the project seems to be defunct.

Seattle Wireless:
http://www.seattlewireless.net/

Linuxforce:
http://www.linuxforce.net/
linuxforce (our own cj fearnley's company) provides support to the
franklin institute, which may be interested in becoming involved in
the Project.Phree infrastructure
