Just to add to the list, I stumbled upon this today:

http://www.icescrum.org/en/

It is more than you were looking for, but does have the virtual card wall
you wanted.

I am looking at that using http://www.turnkeylinux.org/icescrum, but am not yet sure of the Kanban part is flexible enough, since I'm using it a bit "off label."

Also looking at:

		https://github.com/samchen2009/ekanban/issues/36
	http://www.turnkeylinux.org/collabtive

Thanks,
JP

"Microsoft Tax" = the additional hardware & yearly fees for the add-on
software required to protect Windows from its own poorly designed and
implemented self, while the overhead incidentally flattens Moore's Law.
