[PLUG] Fan mounting

I've a server that has 3x dell h310 cards in it. These cards were not designed to be used in the style of case (Norco RPC-4224) that they're in now. With that in mind I'm concerned about the long term effects of low airflow over them. I'd like to use something like this..

to mount a fan above them. Does anyone out there have any other clever ideas/solutions for this?
