Re: [PLUG] Linux RSS reader w/ Fever sync? |
Google Reader et al (e.g. Feedly) just gave you a central place to view all your RSS feeds so I would think anything like that would qualify. If I wasn't using Feedly, I would probably be using RSS Owl. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Keith C. Perry, MS E.E. Fever is a self-hosted PHP/MySQL RSS application. It works a lot like what Google's Reader was, basically. http://feedafever.com ________________________________________ From: plug <plug-bounces@lists.phillylinux.org> on behalf of jeff <jeffv@op.net> Sent: Tuesday, August 4, 2015 6:23 PM To: Philadelphia Linux User's Group Discussion List Subject: Re: [PLUG] Linux RSS reader w/ Fever sync? I use Reeder on OS X and iOS, and I can use the web application on the server, but I’d like to find a native Linux application for my laptop if there is one out there. Not sure what Fever is but I use RSS Owl. Yes, it's java but I really like the features. rssowl.org Fever did not come up on a text search of the page. ___________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug ___________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug ___________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
