Yes. the version of OpenSSH on RHEL 5.11 (4.3p2) doesn't (easily)
support chroot. (well, it doesn't support the "match" option, where I
can limit chroot to certain group members). I want/need encryption and
chrooting. And I can't (easily) upgrade the RHEL to a later version,
running a more modern OpenSSH.
