[PLUG] I use linux....

I vpn into a client site to do some work. Their software has a bug so I
needed to talk to Support. Support tells me to go to logmein123. I ask
if they have a linux client. Silence.

I explain again I use linux. No problem - go to logmein123.
Does logmein work with linux? No problem - go to logmein123.

Ok, I'll play. But logmein wants to download an .EXE file. I explain
AGAIN that I use linux, an actual operating system that isn't The
Redmond Menace.

This confuses him further, I suspect.
So I suggest *he* vpn. WINNING.
He hasn't been able to fix the issue yet but hopefully we're through the
linux hurdle.


It's like some bizarre version of a Monty Python sketch.
