[PLUG] Bitcoin

Just an FYI since Bitcoin has been the subject of several presentations. Something big is going on the in the world of bitcoin. Over the last 30 days the price has risen from $250 per bitcoin, to just now peaking at $440 per bitcoin, with the bulk of it coming in the last 7 to 10 days.

Speculation is rife as to what is driving it, including movement of assets out of China, the EU recognizing bitcoin as a currency rather than an asset, as is the case in the US, and several major banks taking serious interest in the block chain technology that underlies bitcoin, if not bitcoin itself.
