[PLUG] Beginners Resources

I've gotten asked a few times recently Linux beginners resources like a good youtube channel.  Unfortunately for the people asking I have no idea where to point them.  

Then I realized the people on this list might already have a good collection of beginners resources they've collected and could share.  So what do you say?
