[PLUG] Freenet broken?

I came home, found what appears to be a double netsplit, and xchat is faiing to reconnect. meanwhile I'm finally seeing the February 19 staff blog posting about staff resignations and shakeup[1]. Does anyone have a better handle on what's going on?
