I have at least 10 of their brand flash drives of various sizes. I did find one to be non-working when I first got it. They quickly exchanged it no problem with a new one that worked fine. I'd definitely recommend them, but I would suggest (as with any storage!) keeping the possibility of sudden failure in the back of your mind and backup accordingly.
